Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used Lip Gloss, Lipstick, and Gel products. These items must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact to be eligible for return.

- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Certain products are final sale (see exceptions above)

Refund Process

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You will be responsible for any price differences in exchanged items
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be charged at standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error
International Returns
For our valued international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duties fees
- We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
