Returns & Exchanges
While we strive for your complete satisfaction with our premium cosmetics, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our policy is designed to make returns as effortless as applying our luxury beauty products.
Important Hygiene Notice
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used Lip Gloss, Lipstick, and Gel products. These items must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact to be eligible for return.

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return & Exchange Process
